There, there, there! Accidents can happen to your pets at any time, so it is always a good idea to be prepared with some form of first aid treatment for those painful cuts and scrapes. It is also useful to keep a list of emergency contacts on hand.

Advice on First Aid

The Vetzyme range is only suitable for minor first aid. if your pet is seriously injured, keep it warm and comfortable and contact your vet.
  • Never give your pet medication that is intended for humans.
  • Always ensure you are clear on what you are treating before purchasing your product.
  • Vetzyme First Aid products are clearly marked to help you choose the right product, for the treatment. Always read the label first.

Basic First Aid

Clean the area with a Vetzyme Antibacterial Solution, dry the area and apply soothing Vetzyme Ointment or Cream. Vetzyme Powder is useful for helping to dry wet wounds. Visit your vet if the wound has not improved within 48 hours.
